There comes a stage in life when everything is stuck, everyone seems to have achieved something, and nothing is happening in my life and I have nothing tangible. No one seems to have a problem, but I do.

Friends work hard and grow every day. Many of us come home feeling drained, completely without energy and desire to do anything.

It would be quite good if you at least liked the work, but it is not so.

Get up early before work and do something you enjoy. Maybe it's an online project, a hobby, a sport, or any other activity. No matter how weird and crazy it is, tell yourself, "This is a crazy idea, but I can do it."

What will happen if I do this?

Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, this will be a great start. This question will broaden your horizons and force you to step out of the box. Try getting up at 4 in the morning.

...Many of you are probably thinking, why not? I miss rest…

Go to bed earlier and when you wake up, you will have a few hours in the morning for your favorite activities. This question will help if you are open to yourself and truly believe in what you are doing.

Remember when you achieved something by doing nothing?

Did you pass your exams without studying at all? Did you get a job without going to an interview? It's easy to see that radical changes happen only when you step outside your comfort zone.

Explanation.

The question "what will happen if I do this?" may have a little more additions. For example:

  • What will happen if I do this?
  • What happens if I don't?
  • What can happen if I do this?
  • What might happen if I don't?

Ask yourself these questions before making a decision.

Asking fairly strong questions will open up new possibilities. These questions are just the beginning and preparation before big decisions where you will have to ask yourself many more questions.

Does it really work?

This is not a magic question. But it gives self-confidence and a feeling that life is going in the right direction.

A simple exercise can provide a lot of motivation. Just take a white sheet of paper, a pen and try to imagine how your life would change if you had done what you didn't do in the past.
