[Love Letters to a Miss I've Never Seen] Hello Jo

Letters

One of the strangest events that happened in the summer of 2016 - one girl, a reader of Debesyla and a budding writer, responded to this ad of mine.

Now, more than 7 months after this incident, I am sharing my letters to her. Through the letters I tried to get to know this girl called Jo Polina.

Hello Jo Polina,

Who are you?

After. Signature. And why can't I wait to write again?

Hi Jo,

I accidentally read a few sentences of your last letter, even though I promised to be offline for a few days. I managed e-mail mail answering machine and the eye went away by itself.

...You know, I liked "Mass effect" too. Very!

At the meeting or in the next letter, you will have to tell about:

  • The plot of your book;
  • How much of this book have you written;
  • How much is left to study philology;
  • What do you think you will find by entering philosophy;
  • And what philosophical idea struck you the most today. Because I believe you are reading and interested in it right now.

Addendum: Are you beautiful? For some reason, you got the idea that maybe you don't show yourself because your face/body has unconventional features and you don't want to scare?

This is
Daniel

PS Have you read Isaac Asimotov's short stories? For example, the "Foundation" series or the short story "The Last Question"?

Hi Jo,

Mysteriously silent,

Hi Jo,

His.

I love this name. It could seriously be like that.

Or what Spruce. Or Ruth. Or Pine. I like Lithuanian names.

Hi Jo,

Am I not writing you too much?

Why am I writing to you?

confused

With that mystery, anonymity, long letters and correspondence, you've turned my head. I don't know you at all, and now for the third day in a row I remember and write a letter.

There are two options for what will happen in the future:

A) I'll be disappointed if I don't stop reminiscing and writing;
b) …I don't want to think about it because it might encourage frustration.

But hey, how's the weather in your country? It's raining in our area today. Mozart is playing. And I see a bird on a wire, perched in the rain. He is either a black starling or a sparrow with a thick black raincoat.

Hi Jo,

Did you call yourself Jonah because you feel trapped in a big whale?

Reading The Subconscious by Jean-Claude Filloux,

Hi Jo,

I procrastinate writing. So I am writing to you.

See you soon,
Daniel

This acquaintance did not last long. But it started well.

Daniel
