In reality, it consists of the following parts:
- Hosting (where the blog is hosted);
- Domain (what a bad link - e.g debesyla.lt, sielosnamai.lt, vardenispavardenis.lt and the like)
- Additional things you want - professional design, the hands of a programmer...
And the prices break down like this:
- About 20-30 euros per year
- About 10 euros per year
- For a simple case, 0 eur for a year, if you want fancy or a programmer, maybe 100-200 eur max.

I recommend Hostinger.lt for hosting. because they also have easy blog creation (I recommend the WordPress system for a newbie, they have a three-click installation system - very convenient for newbies) + very good support in English and Lithuanian. The same for beginners. Plus you can use the discount coupon code: DEBESYLA. I don't get anything out of it, but it just knocks the price down by a few cents.
If you don't want to pay, you can create a bad one first wordpress.com – this is a free but limited version of wordpress. (The full one you get through Hostinger is wordpress.org – but both are controlled similarly). The only difference is that wordpress.com is free, BUT the link would be, for example, lastname.wordpress.com - it's not good with such an ending. But for free. Just for a try. Here if you want to start and don't know if you want to continue after a month. I recommend this option for beginners. If you like it, it won't be difficult to move to your own hosting/domain wordpress.com moving to your own wordpress is also a matter of two clicks 😉
