Minimalists are people who consciously choose to less. Less stuff, fewer goals, fewer useless dates, less rubbish.

MaxiMallists are people who want more. More of everything. They must always be Winners and the world must admire their medals.

But minimalists also want more. More with less. By throwing out everything they don't need, they make room for joy in their lives. By making room for positivity, minimalists automatically drown out the draisons of negativity.

And maximalists never want less. Perhaps they would like less of the same dredges of negativity... But they don't reduce them - they just load them up and hide them in Pandora's boxes.

How else are these two types of people different?

. . .

a) Minimalists are people who have confidence in themselves. They don't need a lot of stuff, they don't need to achieve incredible goals, they no need for continuous improvement or die for your dreams. They are happy with themselves as they are.

b) Maximalists are people who try to buy confidence. And buy. Until the rays of distrust pass through the gaps in the cluttered wardrobe and the endless chores on the agenda. And then they buy more.

. . .

A self-confident person is someone who has had enough. But a maximalist is never enough.

And whether you already have confidence in your own strength, experience, mind, human body and spirit, or are still searching for it, minimalism will help you discover and strengthen it. If only you embrace it.

Shall we give it a try? Maybe let's restore peace in our lives together?

smiling,
Your Daniel
