Hi Kristina!

To the music of the 1920s, my little dance at the table suitable for standing writing at the Vero Coffee House in Kaunas helped me write the first sentence of the letter.

But wait. First let's look around. Because I don't want you to read my words just like words. They need an environment.

So. what do i feel

I feel…

…The music playing in the cafe on the right side…

…And a faint smell of beans from the same side. They are stewed, roasted or the devil knows what happens to them there...

... In the distance, a girl with Turkish features is studying something, and the music doesn't seem to work for her at all...

...The other is about a couple of girls - a blonde and a brunette, sitting at an Apple and an ugly black laptop, respectively. She moves her hips to the music of Antanas Garšva's time...

…The other three girls at the other table are doing something incomprehensible…

…The barista is bored…

...And I keep glancing at the sticky note left on the right with a reminder Until I buy bananas. You really want to make a frog out of that leaf, or at least crumple it up and throw it away.

Here's a snapshot.

On the left at the time…

...A group of friends are decorating and apparently putting on Harry Potter makeup for one guy. It looks like there will be a small photoshoot, after which the photos will no doubt go to Facebook…

…Next, a couple eats one small pizza from a brown cardboard box with no identification marks (I saw it - I watched how it was brought). It seems that either everything is going great for the couple, or they are just newly in love - touches, glances and kisses are sparking in all possible directions...

…And in the back, a man with Pakistani features is talking on the phone. Unfortunately, I can't hear his speech.

…And here I am.

I am watching all this.

But hey. I have a question for you.

This is the question I started asking everyone I met after I set out to meet 100 new, unrelated people in the Czech Republic during the month of October:

If you could do anything in the world, what would you do? What would you do? What is your biggest dream in life?

Answer this question.

And now, before that sticky sheet is blown away by the wind that keeps coming through the cafe door, I'm off to unfold another origami frog from it. 😉

When writing letters,
Daniel
