Written: <b>485<\/b>.<\/aside>\n<p>It&#039;s\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>Do not make drastic changes.<\/h3>\n<p>Don&#039;t even try to set your alarm an hour (or three) earlier for the next day - you might wake up once or twice, but sooner or later you&#039;ll break. Instead, get used to it slowly. Take your time, you have nowhere to rush, just get up the next day for 10-15 minutes. earlier, after a week turn back the clock by the same amount. Yes, it will take you a long time, but it will be painless.<\/p>\n<h3>When you wake up, get out of bed.<\/h3>\n<p>It may be funny, but the way to put the alarm at the other end of the room helps. I don&#039;t know about others, but I am very tempted by the alarm clock lying next to the bed with its snooze button.<\/p>\n<h3>Go have a drink of water.<\/h3>\n<p>The fact is that after a long night&#039;s sleep, our bodies naturally dehydrate - why do you think your mouth is so dry in the morning? Many scientific studies say that it is not only healthy, but also a good wake-up call - it gives the body fuel.<\/p>\n<h3>Go take a shower.<\/h3>\n<p>Cold water refreshes, cold water gives strength. No, you don&#039;t need ice, just at least cool. If <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artofmanliness.com\/2010\/01\/18\/the-james-bond-shower-a-shot-of-cold-water-for-health-and-vitality\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">James Bond does it<\/a>, you can too.<\/p>\n<h3>Have a routine.<\/h3>\n<p>Well, you should have guessed a few points of my morning routine. As soon as I wake up and press the &quot;go to hell&quot; button on my alarm clock, the first thing I do is get dressed, go to the bathroom, drink a good 5 sips of water straight from the tap (it&#039;s clean in Kaunas), wash my face, then dry off and go to the kitchen to make morning tea. Don&#039;t try to go back to bed as soon as you get up - haven&#039;t you noticed that this is the opposite of what you&#039;re trying to achieve?<\/p>\n<h3>Know why you want it.<\/h3>\n<p>There are many advantages of getting up earlier (my inspiration writes in more detail <a href=\"https:\/\/zenhabits.net\/10-benefits-of-rising-early-and-how-to-do-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leo Babauta<\/a>), but you don&#039;t have to get up earlier just because others do. In fact, if you&#039;re going for abstract productivity (which I don&#039;t think you should be), some people might even say it&#039;s better to get up later.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I myself get up earlier for a few simple pleasures:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>In the morning, the sun does not shine through my windows;<\/li>\n<li>Half-deaf neighbors don&#039;t try to sing in the morning;<\/li>\n<li>Birds are chirping outside in the morning;<\/li>\n<li>My head works better in the morning;<\/li>\n<li>And it&#039;s easiest for me to write in the morning.
