The duration is about 15 minutes. <strong>Exercise can be similar to meditation<\/strong>, because it is not complicated, has a calming effect.<\/p>\n<p>It goes like this:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place an object in front of you. It doesn&#039;t matter what. Toy, tool, device...<\/li>\n<li>Sit comfortably, relax and look at the chosen object for at least 1 minute. If you are alone, it is better to spend a little more, 5 minutes, but in a group, that can be a bit too long.<\/li>\n<li>Close your eyes.<\/li>\n<li>Try to recreate in your imagination what you saw... What shape was the thing? What color? Did it have bumps, pits? What size? If you put an object next to a book, which would be bigger?<\/li>\n<li>If the image is not clear or really difficult to remember - no problem, you will develop your memory and imagination by repeating this exercise. So you can open your eyes and look at the object again, for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Repeat this game in the future.
