Written: <b>275<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.15em;\">Update: I recently started working at a standing desk. <a href=\"https:\/\/debesyla.lt\/uzrasai\/en\/stovima-darbo-vieta\/\">Yes, the kind you stand by instead of sitting, curled up in a cocoon position.<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">The principle of the challenge:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 30px;\"><strong> 1)<\/strong> Throw the chair out of the room;<br \/>\n<strong> 2)<\/strong> Raise your work surface to such a height that your arms remain bent at a right angle;<br \/>\n<strong>3)<\/strong> Treat yourself to a vegan cookie.<\/p>\n<p>This kind of work is said to help you stop slouching or slouching while sitting, improves circulation, helps you lose weight, improves brain function, and ultimately helps <a href=\"https:\/\/debesyla.lt\/uzrasai\/en\/laikas-internete\/\">avoid wasting time on the internet.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I decided to try this experiment in practice precisely for the last reason. Sitting on YouTube or Facebook all day and doing nothing... It&#039;s not nice. Especially when work deadlines are right under your nose (or under it).<\/p>\n<p>I&#039;ve been sitting at a standing desk for a few weeks now.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Challenge Effect:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Works! It damn works! Well... At least in terms of efficiency. I get so tired at the standing desk that I don&#039;t even want to stand on YouTube anymore or I don&#039;t know where yet. And my greatest enemy is overcome through simple fatigue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Oh, and yes - what is fatigue?<\/p>\n<p>I can reassure you - he is not bad. God, he&#039;s even nice, even though I&#039;m not a sadomasochist (although I have a fetish for women... Eh... Well, maybe we&#039;ll leave it at that for another time). Breaks with tea or a book on the mattress-bed\u2026. There is a wonderful thing. Siestas and breaks only help you achieve more. <a href=\"https:\/\/debesyla.lt\/uzrasai\/en\/tinginio-manifestas\/\">Laziness becomes productive here<\/a>, and the computer and the Internet are tools, not pets.<\/p>\n<p>It&#039;s more complicated with a smartphone. But here you will probably need another challenge, trying to get rid of the smartphone.<\/p>\n<h3>Would I recommend:<\/h3>\n<p>Yes. I recommend it. It is not difficult to make such a table for an experiment (look - two shoe boxes or a pile of encyclopedias killed by Wikipedia - and you have a workplace for yourself). And it&#039;s really worth it.
